The Fort Worth Cats baseball club was a professional independent minor league baseball team which played in the Fort Worth Texas area from 2001 through 2014. The final 10+ years saw the team play at the revived LaGrave Field in Ft. Worth, along the Trinity River just North of the Downtown area.

On July 4, 2014 the team played what became its last 4th of July game with the post-game fireworks. The game saw over 7000 fans come into the stadium.

Later that year the Cats played their final game as the league in which the team played, United League Baseball, folded due to other teams in the league needing to cease operations.
