This was the location for the first Eastern Championship Wrestling (ECW, later to become Extreme Championship Wrestling) show.  It took place at the Original Sports Bar at 8th & Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The venue was part of Philadelphia's then-known entertainment venue Market Street Live (page 14 of this archived article from Drexel University).
