As a follow-up the other Metablox memory at this location (click here), the conversation we had that day discussed Earth-based metaverse platforms. A major problem is that the new sports bar was having a challenge marketing to the apartment complex right next door, even with an adjoining parking lot. They mentioned things such as putting flyers in mailboxes, attempting to sponsor events at that apartments, and more.

However, a nuanced way of using an Earth-based (geo-focused) metaverse platform also can be used. Short videos can be made, recording one's laptop with screen recording software. Then the video can be uploaded & optimized for keywords in YouTube - and later in Google - for searches such as "sports bar near APARTMENT COMPLEX" and "sports bar close to APARTMENT COMPLEX". However, inside YouTube video uploads you can geo-tag the video to a specific location.

Most businesses, if they know about this feature, will geo-tag their own restaurants' locations. However, in this case, it is best to geo-tag the desired apartment complex. That way, especially in YouTube (versus other video-sharing platforms), people inside the apartment complex have higher odds of the video being seen on their YouTube apps in the "carousel" feature for about 1-2 days. This gives the sports bar free exposure to those people watching YouTube videos -- and the Earth metaverse should connect with the tenants emotionally since they will see where they live as part of the video.

The video itself can be a short 15-30 second narrated video showing how easy it is to get from the apartment complex to the sports bar. Or it can offer tenants of that apartment complex some kind of price incentive or other incentive to become a customer of the restaurant for the first time.
