Last week I had a great conversation with Chris Walker from one of the SEO online marketplaces called Legiit. We covered a lot of topics regarding new forms of SEO link building, lead generation, online marketplace sales, the search engine industry, increases in use cases of search engines other than Google and Bing (and now ChatGPT), and the possible rise of web3 technology for smaller businesses and even local businesses.

The image is from one of the Earth-based (geo-focused) metaverse platforms at the equivalent location of the MGM Grand hotel & casino in Las Vegas. We used that example for several reasons including the discussion of how to drive a car down specific and well-known streets in this metaverse, aerial views via drone vs. helicopter, 3D building use cases such as a "hall of fame" all the way to a virtual showroom, and how AI agents can look like virtual tour guides & be programmed to answer basic user questions.

Finally we discussed how to use these kinds of metaverse platforms, as well as Augmented Reality and other web3 properties, for new brand names and terms such as Flumberico and others which are not commonly-known expressions in everyday language.
